  • USPS: Delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.
  • UPS: Delivered within 2-3-2 business days after processing.
  • Local Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping address.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders: Shipping costs are calculated by USPS and UPS based on package weight and destination to ensure accurate and fair pricing.

4. Delivery Issues

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at badappleproco@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Address: If you enter an incorrect address during checkout and the package is returned to us, we will contact you for an updated address. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.
